METAPHOR COACHING:

Metaphor coaching is perfect if  you need to get clear on a specific problem or if you feel you are going around in circles whilst trying to make a decision.

In this 60 minute online coaching session we will work together through the use of objects and their placement.

Metaphor coaching provides a detached way of viewing a complex situation. It offers you the ability to see your situation with new eyes, helping you to untangle and make sense of it.

You will leave the session with a sense of clarity and identified actions to take to help you move forwards.

One off sessions are welcome.
